They do not allow dogs, I am speaking about small dogs. As retirees, most of us have our little companion. They will allow service dogs of any size, but I have read another review where they took a ladies money, $200, to check her service dog out, then never responded to her. I thought living there would be very nice, it is a well kept community, but the way I see it, if I am buying the land as well as the home, having my 5lb baby living there really should not be an issue. Pets are healthy for us as we age. Anyway, if you own a dog, do not bother giving them money to do their check, you may lose it with no reason or responce

Beautiful community! I had an estimate there today. Integrity Vapor Barrier has done some previous work in here and every time the community is so friendly and welcoming. As proper business ethics I always stop in and let office know I’m there and they had to two most wonderful, pleased personal working the desk and office! Christmas spirit is not lost here! Wonderful place if looking for a new active and friendly community!
