Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly ABC RV Park) About

Are you a Texan looking for a convenient and community-focused place to park your RV, perhaps for an extended stay near the vibrant San Antonio area? Finding the right RV park is more than just locating a spot with hookups; it's about discovering a place where you can feel at home, connect with neighbors, and easily access everything you need. **Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park**, formerly known as ABC RV Park, offers just such an environment, providing a stable and welcoming community for both short-term visitors and long-term residents.

For many Texans, the RV lifestyle offers freedom and flexibility, whether it's for a temporary work assignment, a seasonal retreat, or a new chapter of full-time living. A quality RV park understands these diverse needs, striving to create a comfortable and secure environment where residents can thrive. Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park aims to meet these expectations by fostering a sense of belonging among its residents, many of whom "are mostly there for the long haul and have a real sense of community." This emphasis on a friendly and established neighborhood makes it an attractive option for those seeking stability and camaraderie on the road.

The transition from a mobile home park to an RV park, or a combination of both, often means a focus on creating well-maintained spaces suitable for various types of residents. At Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park, guests have consistently noted that "grounds are extremely well kept." This dedication to cleanliness and upkeep contributes significantly to the overall appeal and comfort of the park, ensuring a pleasant visual and living experience for everyone.

While the allure of an RV park often lies in its tranquility and convenience, it's also important to consider the practicalities of daily life. Being "close to everything" is a major advantage, as highlighted by a resident. This means easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and essential services, all of which enhance the quality of life for those staying at the park. Whether you're commuting to work, exploring local attractions, or simply running errands, the park's location ensures that your needs are met with minimal fuss.

It's important for prospective residents to consider all aspects of an RV park experience, including any environmental factors. While one review did mention concerns about roaches, it also acknowledged this might be a "Texan thing, or hot weather thing." This highlights the importance of open communication and personal preparedness in any outdoor living situation in Texas's climate. Despite this isolated concern, the overall sentiment points towards a positive and enjoyable community, particularly "as long as the Sun is shining."

Choosing Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park means selecting a location that prioritizes community, maintenance, and convenience. It's a place where you can establish roots, connect with like-minded individuals, and enjoy the benefits of living in a well-situated and cared-for environment near one of Texas's largest and most vibrant cities.

Love this place, living here for a few months was such a joy. Great neighborhood, grounds are extremely well kept, neighbors are mostly there for the long haul and have a real sense of community. Everyone is nice and friendly and keep quite. Only problem was there seemed to be a roach infestation at night, and we had to spray EVERYTHING outside in an effort to keep them off our pad (not sure if is a Texan thing, or hot weather thing or what?) But besides this, and as long as the Sun is shining is a great RV community close to everything.

I moved into this park at the end of July, 2014. Management seemed friendly at first but soon changed. The assistant manager Dennis runs the place, in fact the manager has already resigned. The place is crawling with Cockroaches and the assistant manager Dennis says "WE ARENOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COCKROACHES". They are all in the yards crawling over grills and picknic tables by the hundreds at night.
