Owner is awsome. Very reasonable.. yes some work may be needed but if the renters wouldnt trash everything and keep there lots up, This place isnt bad at all.. Local fishing right in backyard.. Owner is very helpful.. One of the most straight forward guys i ever met. Very honest.. Treats people how thay treat people.. you go looking for a fight, you will find one.. You wanna come with respect youll get respect.. Its not the windom.. but its home to alot of people.. Great people, great friend.. Great schools, everything is close by..

Never lived here and I understand people still call this place home but the owner needs to really come in and put some work into it! Lots of trailers abandoned with windows and doors broken kicked in and just an all over not good place. Lots of debris and what seem to be abandoned vehicles. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
