So much to offer for the scouting program. Summer camps are top notch. Large lake accommodates kayaking, canoing, motor boating, swimming and life saving merit badges. Small and large loop trails for hiking and back packing merit badges. Wonderful dining hall at Famous Eagle, Gamble sites have patrol cooking. If you ever get a chance, take a back packing trip from castle Rock and camp out at Fox Cove site. Bear bag line is hard to find at first, just follow the blue diamond markers from the site.

Fantastic place to take boy scouts camping. There is a horse riding area, lake to swim in and a choice between dining hall and the patrol method. Staff is amazing and very helpful kind and fun.

The camping experience there is excellent! There's so much to do. From hiking and camping under the stars to swimming and boating at Nims Lake, the activities are endless. Allt he staff there were so helpful and kind, helping me with whatever problems I had. If your scout or you are looking for a great place to go for the summer, this is it!
