Living at Valley Brook Community has been a nightmare. The management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional, concerns are constantly ignored or brushed off. I have attempted to reach all levels of management including corporate level and every time I do it’s, “I didn’t know about this” or “I just heard about it.”There’s a crack in my ceiling that’s been there for almost a year with no repair in sight, and now I’m dealing with mold growing in my home, which is not only disgusting but a serious health risk. On top of that, our water bills are sky-high, not because of personal usage, but because there’s a leak in the community every other month that they refuse to fix, and we’re the ones paying for it. There are a million other things I could say about this awful community but the point is, If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. It’s not worth the stress, the health risks, or the financial burden. Valley Brook needs to be held accountable.

Beware they really suck

When I called them to get information on the place they were very helpful even helped on their lunch break and when I came to tour the place I realized how friendly they were in person as well and how family-oriented this community was. The manufactured home that I viewed was gorgeous and had so much space for the five of us that we couldn't wait to put in the application.
