It was ok. The maintenance man was very nice. He showed my daughter the mobilehomes she wanted to see. We left several messages and no one has called us back yet with any details. I don't know how they expect to rent them without returning call to get or give information. Not a very good way to run a business.

Disgusting place! Lived here not even a year and went through 2 SHOOTINGS! My car was hit the first time and the second time my husband and daughter were almost shot! Trashy place I feel bad for the nice families that have to live there and deal with slumlords!

The trailer park is located in North Conway. It's small with pot holes in the driveways, but there is usually a vacant home available for rent. Richard Warf is easy to reach and pleasant to speak with. The application process is easy but it requires a 3 day wait sometimes, which can be stressful on displaced families. Mr. Warf has been cleaning up his properties and adding brand new mobile homes since last year. The monthly rent is not over $1000.00 on the new homes, which is nice. The unit i saw had laminate hardwoods, brand new appliances and carpeted bedrooms. A brand new, single-wide for $750 per month. Unfortunately, my application wasn't approved due to insufficient income. Good luck to whoever else may be looking for a home for their family. Homewood elementary, Whittemore Park Middle and Conway High are the schools for this location.
