Promotions or Special Offers

Washington Wilkes Country Club and RV Park, as a newly opened facility, has a clear pricing structure that implicitly offers advantages for certain types of stays. While no explicit "promotions" in the form of limited-time discounts were mentioned in the provided reviews, the park's established rates demonstrate a clear preference and incentive for longer-term stays:

  • Preferential Monthly Rates: The park actively states, "WE PREFER MONTHLY RENTALS," offering a significantly reduced rate of "$550.00 per month, including utilities." This is a substantial saving compared to the daily rate and is a key "special offer" for those needing extended accommodation.
  • Competitive Daily Rates: Daily rental rates are $40.00 per night. While not a "promotion," this is a straightforward and transparent pricing model for shorter visits.
  • Inclusive Utilities: Both daily and monthly rates explicitly include utilities (50, 30 amp, 110 service, water, sewer, and wireless internet), laundry, and use of the pool and lake for fishing. This comprehensive inclusion adds value to the stated rates.
  • Golf Guest Rates for RVers: While golf is not included in the base rental, RV Park guests are welcome to play the historic Donald Ross course at special "guest greens fee rates" ($30.00 on weekends/Fridays with cart, $25.00 Monday-Thursday). This is an attractive perk for golf enthusiasts staying at the park.

Prospective guests are encouraged to contact the park manager directly to confirm current availability, especially for monthly rentals, as "The web site no longer allows you to pre-register, pay, and reserve a camping site in advance of your arrival. We give preference to monthly rentals. We do accept daily rentals as space allows."

Very nice and quiet camping site. Great for taking your own kayaks, fishing and a swimming pool! Water hook ups as well as fire pits at every site. Nearby has plenty trails and a golf course on the property. They are still working on the bathrooms, so they only had one toilet for use but luckily we had our own shower in the camper.
