The lady for the office is very nice on the phone. She said she takes ssi social security income and there's no application fee for the application itself. They have what I have coming up for now. It's a 2 bedroom for me and my fiancé. They said they'll see on the rent but usually it's 343 something for lot rent. And they cover trash plus water and sewage all I need to do is pay for gas and electric like I'm doing right now. And thr office hours are Monday through Thursday 10am until 2pm and 9am to 1pm on Fridays. I'll keep you guys posted if anything else happens.

Quiet Peaceful Little Community. Neighbors are Kind, Helpful & Friendly the way Neighbors Should be. Would Love to get a Place out here. Laundry facilities on site. Manager Attentive Very Nice Lady. Maintenance care on premises. Convenient to Local Shopping & Bus stop. Do recommend as a Quiet Place to live

I went to visit a friend that lives in this park. I love My friends, they have Some good neighbors, HOWEVER the lawn man seems to be Very territorial over the park. If I lived there & I had visitors I Would Be HIGHLY UPSET TO be Paying Rent somewhere My friends Could Not visit Without being Mistreated by any employee of the park I pay to live in. People should be able to have company at Their home where they Pay to live Without having Their Friends treated like tresspassers or vagrants. I'm HIGHLY offended by the way We are treated when visiting the park. Miss Kay the manager is a Very Nicr Lady,the creep that works for Her is Not

Our friend is moving because of the consistent attempts at break it's, theft and complacency of management to adequately remedy criminal behavior. Law enforcement does not pay much attention to these complaints in mobile home parks.

A friend of mine that lives there may have to move for her own safety because her and her family are being treated badly by neighbors. They had to call the cops. What does that tell you about this mobile home park.
