Warning! This place is a dump. I was misled by the websites and youtube videos that made it look well kept. It is not. (Check the out youself). There is garbage everywhere, stray cats and dogs pooping in yards and the streets! Yes...I said the streets! A lot of the people have 4 or MORE junky cars in their yards plus they will pull up in your yard to park. No boundries... It doesnt matter how well you keep your home clean no one will want to buy yours with junkers on each side. BEWARE! DRIVE THRU BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT BUYING AND LIVING HERE!

Lot rent goes up every year to home owners and you have to pay for water which is not billed through city water services, Weatherly Estates installed their own water meters and pretty much charges an outrageous amount (whatever they want in order to pay for the trash "dumpsters" that everyone in Lebanon uses as a dump site) i live alone and my water was $90 for 1 month which is absurd!! You also have to pay city and county taxes on a property that you don't even own plus taxes every year on you actual home weather you own or have a mortgage on. There is no benefits such as lawn care, trash pickup, or maintenance for people that own their home. There is not adequate parking for each resident. They are no longer renting, only selling when anything becomes available from previous renters. There's always vandalism from the bad kids with nothing better to do and nothing is done about it even if you report it.

Guess it depends on what side you live on....The first time I never had an issue and loved it but strays run wild tearing up property and if you aren't renting you are left to pay to fix it. The roads are so clogged with so many people parking in the road and not in driveways or partially up on the curb. Noise, yeah we know trailers, paper thin walls, but come on many nights even during the middle if the week you can hear people and/ their music houses away... Complaints are constantly filed but it still happens.

We (my 3 children, my husband and I) lived there for 7.5 years since June 2008 to January 2016. We loved it. It was so hard for us to move from there but we had to move to Texas (if not, we still would live there!!!). We miss the pace, the neighborhood and the staff. The staff were always great!!! They are excellent persons!!!
