just got back from a year out of state. figured i would visit some of my old hangout spots. so i took a ride through the park and ive got to say i was very impressed with the improvements that have been made. looks like they are cleaning it up. Alot of the old trailers are gone and replaced with new ones they are even putting plants around some. lol. they are not done in there yet but it sure was impressive. nice and quite park. i have to say that they are doing a awesome job improving the park. looks great!!!!!

Yes there are flaws but they are things that are in the works of being fixed. This place is a wonderful place to be and i highly recommend you check it out as it has been wonderful for my grandfather and it would be the same for you.

I had rats getting into my house and the yard was never dry because nothing was fixed properly. She's not a nice person at all. Big tree grew under my trailer broke my skirting and it started lifting my trailer. I kept falling. Couldn't get code inforcement or health dept to help. The woman ended up with my trailer and I became homeless in 2023. She is crooked! I wouldn't go there. She's been saying since 2016 that this stuff was going to be done. It's always that's getting done this year!! I don't believe a word she says!

GLAD YOU FIXING UP IT NOW CHANGE MANAGEMENT WHO KNOWS HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND SPEAK TO PEOPLE KINDLY SMH*** The initial photos initially posted are just the nicer homes in the park 75% of the homes are not even livable !! My friend lived there and I visited several times and its smells, there are several (more like 100) of pot holes !! There is a train that drives thru at 4 am to 5 am every morning that whistles so loud EVERY morning !! Kim Berry called my friend about an issue and I heard her literally rip my friend apart was unprofessional in how she spoke to my friend and isn't even in New York state to see the quality of living in this park !! I am sure she would never put her mom in the environment this 55 year and older park !! I posted just some of the roach and rat invested homes that doesn't even have doors !! Run RUN Run ...

They say new homes will be coming soon that are financeable and will be less than renting!! Maybe I’ll upgrade. Only nice people are welcome!!!
