I'm a residence at 373:Sanders circle and it's a very nice place to live the owner hope is really doing a great job on keeping the place organized and safe for kids and she is a blessing to have she makes sure that her door is always open for tenants to talk with her about eany thing

This trailer park is completely outdated, disgusting and not acceptable for any human being to call one "home." When I was resident years ago, they actually had a playground where the office is and the office was open and someone was always there. It felt much safer and enjoyable then. I'm terrified to drive through now.

There’s a guy they owned trailer here name Byron glass he is scamming people and move you in and don’t tell you that you have to pay the lot fee and the trailer are bad to live in plus you have to be approved by the park before moving, in SCAMMER BE CAREFUL HERE WHEN THE PARK FIND OUT THEY KICK U OUT AND HE WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

Being a mobile home community, it's not great. Older homes, and lot rent is outrageously priced. It is quiet though.
