Beautiful, clean, great people...they have made sure that I felt at home since day 1...Larry is a wonderful, sweet, helpful, positive man! I will be here for a long while!
Oh where do I begin?? If you decide to move in this roach infested place be aware of a few things. Make sure that when you pay your rent..KEEP EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT TO PROVE THAT YOU PAID!!!They will constantly harass you saying that you are late on your rent. They do not give receipts for months at a time and then come up saying you never paid!!! Constantly having to treat for roaches…losing battle!! Also was told No Motorcycles or you will be asked to move…no matter what! Cannot even have it if it is transportation to and from work, however supposedly management can have them to ride around the park although they live here as well. Should have to follow the same rules!! Have to smell sewage every time you step outside. Cannot have any visitors or cookout without being harassed. Also allow a drunk resident to constantly drive through the park multiple times a day. Told that we could not have any plants or decorations on OUR porch, which we bought material and built for our camper. Then was told that if we moved, the porch that we paid $600 for and built ourselves had to stay here…WTF? Not happening!! Never had a problem with the owner himself, but the people managing this place are ridiculous and clueless. So glad to be out of this place!!!
Spoke with a woman from the office she was very kind and helpful. Even though they did not have a vacancy she was still quite polite and eager to help me. Hopefully they will have an opportunity come available.
What a joke this place is. Hired my boyfriend to paint a trailer and he worked on it for a week maybe till Mr. Sims maintenance guy came back from vacation. Then the owner came and took him off the job. No explanation as to why. The management there is worthless like Larry sweet at first but lies and is sneaky and his wife is a bulldog so don't go to fast right out the driveway she'll throw her weight around to impress the manager wanna be. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay in this rv park. You'll be watched like a hawk and given a note from the secretary to not disrespect the employees but they can disrespect the tenants. If it's dark you must stay inside. Mr. Sims you need to get rid of the management you have working for you. They are seriously job scared.
The mobile homes are very nice and have been very well up kept. No pets.😖 Unfortunately. It's a mobile home/RV park. It has a basketball court for kids. A pond to walk around. NO FISHING in Pond. No kids allowed in RV lots. Trash and Water is included with you're rent. But you get charged by how many 1000 gallons you use. No drama. Nice friendly neighbors. No Loud Music. No Dirt bikes, 4 Wheelers, or Go-Karts. Rents due the 1st of every month. And you're Water is due on the 5th. After either one is a late fee. So make sure you're not late!
