Windsor Woods Village

Very high rent, poor amenities, poor communication and follow through with maintenance. Staff are friendly.

We really enjoy this place. We have never lived in a Manufactured Home community before and were quite nervous about it. This place is kept really clean, it is quiet, and it is right off the highway! The manager is quite strict, but in his defense, it is his job and it keeps the park well maintained and safe. Great place for kids.

Been here for 3 years and like it. Easy access to 131. Only wish people would abide by the speed limit here, its not a drag strip. Park is clean and well maintained by maintance. No problems here as long as you follow the rules which isnt hard to do.

Applied for a home and moved in a little over a week later!! Such a great place!! After being here for a few months, we have noticed the manager is only nice when you first move in and sign papers.

So clean and such lovely foliage. Need a few more speed bumps in certain areas and possibly a few more stop signs. There is the first left when you come in the park and go around that curve. That giant bush is hard to see if anyone is coming it needs more lighting at night. And also that curve and the one q little further down need to be widend it is hard to fit 2 vehicles around that curve at the same time. Winter is the worst time. And the main drive in the first curve could also be opened up a little bit more that would be great.
