Beautifully maintained campground. Loads of activities for kiddos. On site laundry was a Godsend. Showers hot and spacious. RV sites are packed too tightly together but it is a friendly atmosphere. We are tenting. The owners put up a ninja course right behind the tent sites yesterday, but there is no designated path to access it, so kids and adults alike have been walking through our site all day. My biggest concern with this is that someone will trip and fall over our electric cord. Hopefully they figure out a designated path in the near future so tenters can enjoy their sites without worry. I would come back during my travels again.

Positive: Great place for tent camping and generally for camping with children. Multiple playground spaces, lots of flora, different creative and fun activities every week/every few days, and a pool area with a pavilion. There's also an indoor and outdoor game area with air hockey and stuff. Clean, spacious bathrooms that require passcodes (which are 3 digits and easy to remember). Wonderful showers in the women's bathroom. The laundry room is also right in that area with the basketball court and pool. Negative: RV/trailer sites are cramped but not horribly so. Had a small issue with one of the clothing washers not washing but the others were fine, and the dryers require a bit more time for jeans and thicker clothes. Conclusion: Lovely family campground! Stayed for 2 nights on my way home from Missouri to New York.

--- 2025/04/01 --- We're preparing to depart this coming Friday (04/04) because of 2 other campers that refuse to follow the rules that were explained in great detail to us upon arrival. The owners are very nice, but we're digital nomads and work from our coach. I'm sitting in my mobile office with full-ear-cover headphones and hear music thumping ALL the time. It's just SO unfortunate that a few choose to behave SO poorly and don't understand communal living, common sense and basic decency. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- We arrived for a month long stay this past Tuesday evening (arrived after sunset, which we don't like doing). The mgmt was good to work with prior to arrival and through the check-in process. It's definitely an older RV park, but it's well maintained AND frankly we prefer that vs. the typically overly sanitary & shiny approach of the large corporate RV resorts. Had a minor issue with a noisy neighbor, but mgmt promptly addressed it. Great area so far with lots of parks and cool local restaurants and shops. While only 5 days into a month long stay... so far it's been really nice. 🏕️
