Lived here for over 6 years now & honestly has been nothing but terrible. If you don’t want any guaranteed parking, pets constantly pooing in your yard, and no pool on the weekends during summertime this is the place for you. When we first moved here there was a strict policy on pets, now I see SO many pits, German Shepards, and cats EVERYWHERE. Don’t think you can just walk around your neighborhood without getting lunged at by someone’s pet. Don’t get me started on the constant dog poop in our yard and we don’t have pets. The owners never take care of the problems, they just let anyone come in here and don’t make them follow the rules. I would honestly choose anywhere but here. Also if you don’t invest in your own security system then you can expect to have things outside your home or in your car stolen. Grass policies are a joke, you have to cut your grass but your neighbors grass can get up to waist high before it’s a problem. There’s so much more I can add but I’ll just leave this for now. Such a lovely place :)

I would not give this place any stars, this place is running like a Boot Camp, Lot Rent is terrible and if u like a place where there are continuous door notes for this and that. It’s was a beautiful and nice place to live with ur family. But for the last three to four years, it’s not good at all. Save ur money and look somewhere else. Too many problems here. This place don’t deserve one star, how about zero stars. And if u was to ask someone abt this place, they would tell u the true facts. No sugarcoating added

I got a friend with some kids out there. It's nice, safe as well with its many systems in place. So if anything happened it will be known already. I get the feel that it could be a place I'd want to take my wife and son and live in. It feels like a slice of country in the city.

I live here currently l. My family and I Loved it for the first year and a half. The new year came, rent went up $20.00 without notice. Lots of water issues at the front of the park. Saying it’s fixed and a week later they’re back fixing it. Goes all day without water even to 7/8 pm. No notices given. Power and water are currently off due to a problem when they were trying to fix power. No telling when it’s coming back on. 2 people work in the office and no one answers the phone and will rarely returns calls when leaving a voicemail.

Huge place. Roads need repair and homes squeezed in together but family friendly.
