Customer Reviews
I wouldn't recommend moving here. The new company Flintstone Properties are awful. In front of our place we can easily fit three cars but now we are not allowed to park there unless we get extra parking permits that you have to pay monthly. We have to tell them when we have visitors even though we can fit their cars. We have doctors that come to the house often and we are suppose to email them letting them know even though again we have room in front of our place. They either don't answer the calls or emails or take forever. This is a terrible company and again I wouldn not recommend moving here.
This corporation displays a remarkable level of self-assurance. I am keenly interested in observing how this confidence will manifest itself in the foreseeable future, especially considering the potential for legal proceedings that may arise down the line.
Tracy in the office is very racist they just recently took away 3 of our parking spots without giving us a heads up in advance to try to get rid of some cars or without giving us a solution of where to park our cars the Pedro guy that they sent to tell us just said to get rid of our cars. We have been living here for a long time without missing a months rent ever and had never had any problems until now they said it was a fire hazard because our cars where in the way but it’s not true they didn’t even try to reason to at least leave us one or 2 parking spots and we tried to talk to the new Canadian owner and they refuse to let us talk to her.
This company does not treat their clients well. Thy do not respect agreements Do not move here!! .
Can to see some friends of mine...like the fact that it is very convince place right next to the flea market ... Clean and not so friendly ppl...well some...lol
