We're new residents and we love this community. Friendly neighbors, great management people, and the best value in Illinois.
High turn over of Office Staff! They can't seem to hire enough staff to run the place. Girl in the front office has No business being in charge since last office manager left. She is rude and so unprofessional. She has no knowledge about home maintenance or how to even schedule repairs in a timely manner! Oh don't call and report any problems or she will say your "Complaining"! Seriously the worst place we have ever lived!!! Also they are by law suppose to do background checks and they don't! So there is a high turn over with the tenants as well!
The prices are decent for this area. When we first moved in it was great. But a while after, things went down hill. 1. There is very little parking options. 2. Management failes to care about it's residents 3. No privacy, no space. They dropped a house on the lot next to us and that house uses our single driveway (they have their own driveway on the other side of their house) which we can barely fit our cars on due to them being way close. They will not do anything to accommodate except move our she'd back a half inch, what will that do? Nothing. We have had so many of the neighbors hit our house (with various objects) and one came close to hitting my car, so many people running between houses and as it is we have no room around our house and they do not care. We were thinking about buying a home in here but not anymore. I will be happy to move out of here and never look back!
Well first and foremost I don't even know where to begin how horrible it is to live here. There's been numerous complaints to management nothing is done. There's times when people lean up against your car they block the streets, they playing loud music and loud cars and nothing is done. Police have been called.. some reason I guess because of their nationality there was nothing done. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place. I will be moving as soon as the lease is up and never looking back!
You'd think because of where it's located it would be nice. Well the office is. But inside...well it's what gives mobil home parks a bad reputation
