While the area is nice we did not like the lack of privacy. We constantly had other camper cutting across our sight with no regard for our space. Rules they say they have are not enforced. The rules say no mats down on the sight to protect the grass. We unknowingly parked over the dirt part thinking that was where the camper went which put us 15 feet away from septic and water hookup. Soon we discovered that no one follows that rule and in fact the dirt was where others had placed their mats. The price to stay was good. We just prefer more privacy which there is not a lot of.
Aug 31, 2025 · Bill BrewsterVery nice RV park. Super easy sites to get in and out of. Wide open spaces and great things to do for the kids. Hiking, playground, pool and a river to float down give endless hours of fun in the sun. Update 6/28/2025: Second year coming here. Extremely relaxing, able to disconnect from the world and still has tons to do. Will most definitely be coming back year over year. Love this place!!!
Jun 28, 2025 · Wayne RochonGreat RV park. Sites are more spacious than other RV parks we've been to. Beautiful foliage views in October and we enjoyed our site right on the river. Quick ten minute drive to grocery store (Shaw's) and some nice local restaurants even closer. *Edited 7/2024: we went back to camp here for a few nights & it was beautiful. I highly recommend site 52 or 53. There's a stairway that leads right down to the river. We spent literally hours walking the river and relaxing on the little islands. The water was crystal clear. It was so private and peaceful and we will definitely be coming back here yearly.
Jul 02, 2024 · L GWifi connection weak & unreliable Very low water pressure Too many seasonal sites spoil the appearance of the grounds with their clutter (junk)
Jun 13, 2025 · Philip Burgess (Mr Phil)This is a very nice campground. WiFi was iffy but worked out. Grass RV site that we were in was spacious. Would return. Water quality was great…55 ppm by my measurements.
