Don't know what the bad reviews are about, we had a blast and wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and respectful. We had two of the bigger cabins for eight of us, very nice and clean. Kid's always had something to do. It's about family and being together, making memories. I asked my grandbabies if they'd like to do it again and they all said yes, so definitely will come back. Only bad thing is it went to fast. Thank You all for everything.

the workers there are very rude. i brought a family friends kid there which was her first time and she was doing cartwheels on the jumping pillow which she did not know you could not do. she got yelled at by 3 employees and was told to get off. me my cousin and my friend sat down for a few seconds and also got yelled at. the disrespect towards children and people around was horrible. instead of asking nicely or politly reminding a child, they were rude and raised there voices.

I’m a grandma to 7 children I teach them to say please and thank you! I explain to them what they are doing wrong and explain the consequences. I also praise them for following rules All of my grandchildren age 9 and under, were bellered at during their visits to the jump pillow and water park as were many other children My daughter, who rented a cabin was accused by the head person of stealing a bag of remotes from the cabin We had to step in and verify that there were no remotes upon moving them in There are some wonderful staff people, but the top managers definitely need customer service training!

Cabin floor is uneven, ceiling is falling down. Not much left to do. No paddle boats, no crazy bikes, no miniature golf. Manager is very rude. This place used to be amazing when the Tolners owned it, but has steadily gone downhill since it was taken over by ABC. Last time we camped here we had no power the whole day. The water in the cabins is not drinkable and smells of rotten eggs. It also makes your laundry smell of sulfur. Nothing to do before ten am or after 8pm. Kids are bored and want to leave. Paid a lot of money for a very poor experience.

I unfortunately won’t be bringing or recommending this place to others due to the extreme disrespect and terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated so badly as a paying customer before, this included being yelled at, dirty looks, and just general poor customer service by the manager and other rude employees. It was a common thread throughout our weekend stay, including our group going to get ice cream. Their communication board legitimately says “ice cream served ALL day!” but when we went to get our one treat at 6:50pm on a Saturday we were given obvious dirty looks, and rude remarks about them going to be done serving ice cream soon and were told it was too late and they directed us to buy their popsicles instead when we were excited and eager to pay for the ice cream, after much disrespect and unwillingness, they served us. The last thing that was honestly disappointing was the lack of communication skills by their manager when I went in to ask about when the pool would be open for the day (it’s supposed to open at 10am). I was kind and curious on when it was going to be open and even offering some solutions to their challenges so that everyone could enjoy the last day of the pool when it was 84 degrees and hot! There was a line of people waiting to also ask about this. The manager constantly was cutting me off and interrupting me when I was trying to talk, ask a question, Or give a tip for the future. She raised her voice and pointed fingers at the group of people trying to talk to her. Not once did she acknowledge our concern, apologized for the inconvenience, & rudely told people they could leave when no one was even asking about leaving the campground. Needless to say, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life, it felt like I was being pranked as a bad experience but it unfortunately was just how they run this place. There was two kind workers, an older guy with a mustache and a younger guy helping with the train/ice cream, if they had more kind people this place would be a HUGE attraction and would change my review. Everything falls on leadership and I feel this place needs new management.
