Customer Reviews
Definitely been upgraded by the new owners as far as looks go. My daughter lives there, so I'm there quite often. Most people are friendly, but you know you always have them few that need their own commune to live in... The new management trying to implement changes (I've talked to other residents along with my daughter) that are not on the lease, such as daily late fees and new ordinances, leaves alot to be desired... Also from some of them she could be alot more friendly. But my visits are always awesome, seeing my family and a couple friends that live there....
I love living here. It’s quiet and the people are nice. The landlord is the best! She’s so helpful!
Made various attempts to apply for their units when there was various methods showing For Rent. This was mainly due to the poor management who never answered or returned calls, and when I finally did speak to him, was provided with terrible information about where to drop off the application because it magically disappeared. Id understand if I had a poor history and no income or whatever, but it's something completely different when someone cant handle being a manager! As a side note: The maintenance guy or whoever I met that was working on the outside of a trailer had very professional communication and honestly would be a great manager there!
Well I have lived out here now for 5 years the manager is always courtesy and willing to help and Sam he works his butt off I think he needs to raise a little bit I'd give it a 10
Nice and quiet place. It's family friendly.
