Customer Reviews
The streets are the worst. Huge potholes have to drive on sidewalk in one area Garbage all throuout the trailer park. There's is always a water advisory sign. I don't think the water is safe. The park office doesn't seem to are about anything except collection rent.
Terrible place to live. No steady management, water isn’t consumable and most trailers have mold growing and mushrooms in closets and the management refuses to allow people to upgrade their trailer because it’s sold “as is”. Even though it’s “cheap” so is the quality of everything. Total joke.
Office is hardly ever open unless THEY want your money, the office changes employees so much that when you were told or promised something by the previous representative of the company the new ones say that's not procedure so you were told wrong, can't hold them to me anything. They act like this is the Taj mahal. I feel like they don't want anyone to improve their homes, they want them run down and trashy. The corporate office is in a foreign country!!! As far as I know, they are based in Argentina cause that's where they have said they're at when I've talked to them. And lets not talk about the water💧💧
Every other week the water is “ contaminated “ and is shut off for 6-8 hours. Can’t even come home after work and shower in my own home. Junk everywhere in the community. People fly through around here when kids are outside playing. constantly getting new office managers. Only reason I’m still here is because lot rent is cheap.
They let people wade through water to get to there house and let water just run all over the street. They overcharge people for the water bill They don't care about their tenants.
