Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided information, Ashley Pointe Mobile Home Park does not explicitly list specific, publicly advertised "promotions" or "special offers" in the traditional sense of discounts or limited-time deals for lot rentals. However, it does highlight key aspects of its financial structure and offerings that are relevant to affordability and value for prospective residents in Kentucky.

Key information related to fees and potential "offers" includes:

  • New Home Sales: The availability of "brand new 2025 Champion double width home for sale" is a significant offering. While a specific promotional price isn't listed, manufactured homes generally provide a more affordable pathway to homeownership compared to traditional site-built homes. Interested parties are directed to call a sales office for current prices, which might indicate competitive or financing-related offers upon inquiry.
  • Amenity Fee Including Internet: The fixed "$65 amenity fee" which "force Spectrum on you so they can charge a $65 amenity fee" can be viewed as a consolidated utility cost. While some residents might prefer choice, this structured fee for internet provides a guaranteed service without needing to set up a separate account. This can be seen as a consistent, bundled offering rather than a fluctuating utility bill.

It is important to note that one review mentions "Rent is high and going up even though property tax is dropping," and expresses concern about the mandatory internet fee. This suggests that while there may not be "promotions" in the form of reduced rates, the park's pricing is a point of consideration for some residents.

Rent is high and going up even though property tax is dropping. If you can just buy a house it’s not going to be any more than this place. They force Spectrum on you so they can charge a $65 amenity fee. If they want something done they want it done fast or they will “fine” you and charge you a fee but if you have an issue with a home you’re buying and under warranty (they have an agreement with the home manufacturers) they take their time getting to it then only fix the issue itself and not damages caused by said issue. If it’s an issue that the manufacturer has to fix… good luck getting fixed cause apparently they can’t be bothered with that. This and other things are probably why there is a lawsuit against them. Now they want to fix the issue? 2 years later? We can’t wait to move

I have lived here for 25 years, I have seen the community at it's lowest. We have had many managers over the years, our current Manager is by far the best. She is getting this community back to the beautiful place it once was when we first moved in. With all of the improvements going in, it seems that money is being put back into the community. We seem to have no problems with theft or trouble. Keep up the good work. We have also never had any issues with management.

This park likes to evict older residents who own their home and offer no reason as to why. Some have been there over 15 yrs or longer. Most of these people can’t afford to move their homes. It’s truly sad in my opinion. Sounds like a company who is money hungry and probably wants a newer trailer so that they can charge more. Shame shame on you Ashley Pointe. Do better.

Me and my family have lived in Ashley point for 6 months now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience for my kids, my wife and myself. I used to live her once before under different management and I can say this time around is so much better due to being under new management. Melissa is a awesome person and does a tremendous job touching base with her attendants. My kids love her and she's does a great job keeping them safe and the neighborhood safe. Could think of a better place to let my kids grow up. Thanks for all you do for us Melissa!!! 😁🥰

I'm here visiting friends, but I live in indiana. I've been here just 4 days so I can't give a detailed opinion. What I can say in the time I've been here is that it doesn't feel or look like a dangerous place and though none of the neighbors have spoken to me, neither have they appeared to be standoffish. Just aloof. So far I like it here.
