I moved in a few months ago. Due to traveling problems across town I was very late getting here in the evening however the management met me on the road and help me get settled in for the evening super nice gentleman. The next morning him and his whole crew I believe there's a lot of people helping me set up where it's usually just me. There is always a lot of fun in laughter going on during the day with the kids and everything around here. One thing I really felt special about it when it gets dark the community gets very quiet. people are very friendly here if you have issues they will definitely help proper a hand to help you. Anybody who would need a place to stay for the motorhome contact Mikey's good people.

It may not be the prettiest place but I am glad to call this place my home We look out for each other... -----UPDATE----- 5-25-2023 There has been some much needed improvements since moving here 4yrs ago. They put in 3 washer's and 3 dryer's and you can do 1wash&dry for just $3. And No more rough tore up road messing up your car or leaving a Muddy mess to clean up after every time it rains, We now have paved black top and for those folks who have not been here before or haven't been here since the new pave was laid PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE STREET/ROAD SIGNS WHEN ENTERING THE PARK! Entrance is one way traffic and speed limit is posted and there is several speed bumps. On a more personal note... Mikey did a great job matching me with my first little camper Then he did it again putting us into a much nicer camper with much more room just right for the two of us and our little pup..I wouldn't mind getting the opportunity for one more upgrade like one of the two very large 5thwheel trailer's that I have been inside of. Who knows, maybe I will get lucky and they'll move another one in for rent one day. Thanks for everything Mikey and the folks at Kenwood mobile home park.
I love it here in this moble hone park bugs can be chased out or killed so so be it lmao but the olny ishew i have with any otger is the rent the price to pay for this pkace i think is higg way robbery.
If you rent from Larry and Mike- you can believe that it's a drug infested place. They sell the drugs from the house and from the concrete building where Larry stays. Mike's cousin also keeps and sells the drugs from the trailer he lives in. If they don't like you they will go file fakes charges on you instead of paying for a eviction. They are all p......, The only way they will fight is 2 or 3 on one. I know I went thru it.
