Lived here and long time and they go through more ownership then you could imagine. Just found out they our again. 2nd time in just 2024. Unacceptable! FOR the first time in a long time we felt valued and heard by the onsite manager. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We are all getting out.

THREE YEARS LATER....NEW OWNER DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN THIS STATE, SO RELIES ON HIS MANAGEMENT TO RUN EVERYTHING....WE HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT TENANTS NEVER LATE WITH LOT PAYMENT (OH ONE TIME MY WIFE PAID ONLINE 7 MIN. AFTER MIDNIGHT SO IT WAS CONSIDERED LATE, 50.00 CHARGE!! Ohh There is a rule that you must rake your leaves once a week!! EXCUSE ME LOL IVE LIVED IN MANY MOBILE HOME PARKS IN MANY DIFFERENT STATES...NEVER EVER HEARD A RULE LIKE THIS!!!

The trailer park is comprised of fairly well maintained, older mobile homes. RVs and travel trailers are also allowed in this park. The roadways are well maintained and the speed bumps aren’t too bad at all. A local convenient store is located across the street from the park and a local restaurant is on the corner.

Between the owner and good ole boy Roy there isnt a rumor or BS story they wont believe. And watch out for that old lady that lives in the corner when you come in the park and turn left. Wow. Shes the worst about starting them. So turn and run
