Long-Term Stay Rates: Given that the campground explicitly caters to and has residents in a "long term part," it is highly probable that they offer reduced rates for extended stays (e.g., weekly or monthly rates). -
Seasonal Pricing: Like many campgrounds, rates may vary slightly depending on the season, with potential lower rates during off-peak times or shoulder seasons. It’s always a good idea to inquire about pricing for your specific dates.
-
Competitive Pricing: While not a discount, the phrase "well kept" and the positive reviews imply that the campground offers good value for its price point, especially considering its amenities like a resurfaced pool and creek access. Their standard rates are likely set to be competitive for the area and the quality of experience provided.
-
Potential Membership Discounts: It is common for privately owned campgrounds to offer discounts to members of major camping organizations such as Good Sam Club, Passport America, or KOA (if affiliated). While not explicitly stated, inquiring about such affiliations could potentially yield a discount.
To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, availability, and any potential offers that might apply to your specific travel plans (such as long-term stay rates), the best approach is always to contact Athens I75 Campground directly. Customer Reviews
We have been staying in the long term part for the last 6 months. I have met some of the nicest and caring people around. The park has grown and continually being updated. It has a pool that also just got resurfaced and a creek that surrounds the park great for walking and dog walking. Very convenient to the restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend.
It's a nice "mom and pop"park well kept and everyone has been very friendly we have enjoyed it so far.
There has been a shift in ownership and management that has greatly improved the condition and atmosphere of this establishment. Bathrooms are clean, pool was open through the summer, grass is kept up and there is a fantastic pirate ship for the kids to play on. Looks extremely safe. Basketball court has a basketball with it and there is even horse shoe set up. I have taken pictures so you can see for yourself.
We were passing through and needed to stop for one night. When I called to make sure they had room for us, I had to leave a message(yes, an actual voicemail!) And they called me back very promptly. They were very friendly on the phone. When we got there after dark, Mr. Mike came out to meet us so fast, and he helped us get into our spot. Overall, it was a great experience.
We were lucky enough to be here for the city's bicentennial fireworks extravaganza !!! My 4yo said the show was "Stupendous!" Nice little spot to stop over on our long trip. Affordable, clean, and the pool felt awesome.
