Management is great here They make sure all the lawns are mowed during spring/summer then keeping tenants accountable to snow removal on their lots. Over all, a great place to live life in a mobile home park.

I leave for work between 5-6 am and haven't had a problem at all with the snow plowing, people's yards have improved, you no longer see garbage blowing around, no longer need to worry about past rowdy and unsavoury tenants. The management is the nicest and most concerned, caring, and helpful people this park has had on the 38 years we've lived here.

The tip I'm given to everyone who moves in this park is to follow the handbook. This way if your following the rules you will have no problems with the manager of the park. The manager ed and his wife are very nice people.

Management takes advantage of the housing crisis and price gauges for the rentals and WAY overprice for the sale of used homes.An adult can't even drive a golf cart in the park. Kids can't ride their electric toys, no kiddie pools ,the playground is for a 2 year old,no real swingset or slide. The visitor parking is dangerous and after rain 12 inch deep mudholes.Rear entrance to the closest store is in shambles with deep potholes and large stones to drive over,the school bus struggles to go thru. no place to store boats or rv's. Water bill is thru the roof and poor quality water. My road is neglected during winter plowing . I purchased my mobile home before contacting management, manager basically cussed me out because I didn't have his permission to buy it. ?? I felt threatened ,...I was told we could keep rv and boat or snowmobile trailer in yard because the park doesn't have a storage area, it even says it in the amenities description now they changed the rule. Manager is a "Do as I say not as I do" type of guy, the rules of the park don't apply to him. I hope David is wrong about the bnb, as that is illegal for manager to be running another business in the mobile park.

Sometimes it takes days before they plow so the snow is packed down and frozen. Having worked snow removal for many years I have a hard time even watching them plow.
