One of our favorite getaways! This is a true resort! The two times that we have visited, it has been in the off-season, so the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Well-done Sun Outdoors! If you are sensitive to road noise, the Northside back in sites get noisy a couple of times a day. Otherwise, we love it there!

We had site #141. All sites were on large, level concrete pads. Nice & clean upscale rv resort with lots of amenities. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. My girls (dogs) enjoyed our daily visits to the nice sized dog park. We appreciate the many doggie cleanup stations with complimentary bags & trash receptacles throughout the campground. Very helpful! Beautiful grounds with friendly staff & people. Nice location that is close to beautiful sites, restaurants & tourist attractions.

First impression, it’s nice appearing. The outside campground area is nice. We got there 2 hours early with 3 young kids and c they charge $30 for “early check in” - why?? If the cabin is ready, why can’t we go in?? The inside of the cabin was subpar. The bathtub is disgusting. The drain was full of nasty old hair and just grossness. The pool is freezing. It is not kid friendly at all. Barely any kids and no activities at all for them. If you are in your 60-70s with no kids and just staying here for a place to sleep - this is for you!

Great Campground with large sites for bigger rigs. Grounds are well maintained. Gets a little noisy from road traffic of on a site backing up to the road. We ran our fan on low all night to cover up the traffic. Stayed 7 nights. Will definitely be back next year in the fall. So many things to do within an hour or less drive. Bike trail is across the street. Wineries were all around us.

One shower house was nothing but cold water. I about froze to death all wet going down to the other shower room. Thankfully the water was hot there. The campground is very nice. We loved staying there. Petoskey is a beautiful place. And free cup of coffee every morning at 9 am😊 I would return.
