Customer Reviews
Moved from New England to Bell Crossing. Just retired. Finally I have an inground pool I don't have to clean. Yippee. Club house is free to use too. Large lots. Many backed up to woods. Putting in all new roads and just resurfaced the pool. Been here a little less than a year. We do have our share of complainers who just like to hear themselves talk. 95% of the people here are super wonderful. Sold my 1200 sqare ft 2 bed mobile home for $200,000 (WHAT?) YUP, ( real world) and bought a newer 1,800 sq ft 3 bed home for $69,900. So if you want to retire and still have money to LIVE!!! Check it out. We took a chance but couldn't be happier. One thing though. If you want to bring all that liberal and woke crap here, you won't be happy.
Property management here is horrible. I have so many bad experiences that it wouldn't fit here. Glad I don't live here anymore.
I bought a double wide here back in June 2024 and the trees need to be cut and they need to fix some of parts of the road
Stay far away from here. There was mice when we moved in. It took the office over a year to get our oven fixed. There was mold in our room and it took the office a few months just to get that fixed too. It also smells like drugs all the time when you enter the neighborhood. We have a creepy neighbor who stares at us through their window and constantly tries to make violations against us. The office doesn't care about it. Another downside rent has also gone up yearly.
I've been living here since 2016. No major issues, except maybe a notice to cut the grass. Now last week, with a new "Property Manager", I guess they have to make a show of doing a good job, and have been harassed over the placement of a trash can, that's been in the same spot since I moved in back in 2016. Other than a poor showing by new management (rather than introducing themselves and talking to us nicely in person), they've given me multiple written warnings, which threatens being evicted over the placement of a trash can, I'd write a good review of this place. Normally I'd give them 5/5 and comment on the helpful and friendly staff. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, with no throughway (just one entrance/exit. They host community events and the neighbors aren't nosey. Too bad new management is making it less friendly and appealing.
