Absolutely adore this quiet and quaint RV community. Regardless if you stay 1 night, 1 week, or 1 year, everyone is so nice. The dog park is the best I have seen at an RV park in the area. The park host is so kind and accommodating. We enjoy using the pavilion and on site laundry and bath house. We have get togethers and you make friends. I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife & I were very disappointed. The site's roads are badly eroded/rutted. We had to go "off road" to get to our reserved space. The person that took our reservation nor the automated reservation system supplied the door lock codes, in spite of my request to be sited as near to them as possible. I had to call the contact number to get the code & even insist that she give us more than one door code in case the one first given was already in use. Even though there is a wifi network named PittsburgRV5 appearing on my devise the contact told me there is no wifi service and therefore she had no password. The electric power was not correct according to our surge protector (error code stated improper grounding) so we had to run our generator all afternoon and night in order to have A/C! June in Texas!!! We will not return to this facility and will advise our fellow RVers to avoid it.

Small hookup rv park, but okay. Not a resort yet not far from Lake Bob Sandlin.
