Blue Ridge Travel Park is conveniently located at 33 Green Forest Circle, Hendersonville, NC 28792, USA. This address places it squarely within the charming city of Hendersonville, a beloved destination in Western North Carolina known for its apple orchards, vibrant downtown, and stunning mountain scenery. For North Carolina residents, Hendersonville is easily accessible from various parts of the state, making Blue Ridge Travel Park a convenient hub for exploring the region or for longer-term stays when transitioning within the state.
Accessibility to the park is generally straightforward. Hendersonville benefits from its proximity to major roadways, including Interstate 26, which provides a direct link to Asheville to the north and Spartanburg, South Carolina, to the south. This ensures that reaching the park with your RV, regardless of its size, is a smooth process. Once you arrive in Hendersonville, Green Forest Circle offers a clear path to the park entrance. While the exact setup of the internal roads isn't detailed, the consistent positive reviews about the park's overall experience suggest that navigation within the park for RVs is not an issue. The ease of access combined with its desirable location in a popular mountain town makes Blue Ridge Travel Park a practical and appealing choice for RV owners across North Carolina looking for a convenient and beautiful place to stay.
Blue Ridge Travel Park prides itself on providing essential services that cater to the comfort and convenience of its RV guests, ensuring a pleasant stay whether for a short visit or an extended period. While specific amenity lists are often best confirmed directly with the park, based on customer reviews, we can infer a strong commitment to core RV park services:
- RV Sites with Hookups: As an RV park, it offers dedicated sites equipped with necessary hookups, which typically include electricity (various amperage options), water, and sewer connections. These full hookups are essential for a comfortable RV living experience, allowing guests to use their onboard facilities.
- Access to Quiet and Peaceful Sites: A recurring theme in reviews is the park's quiet and peaceful environment. This suggests a layout or management style that prioritizes tranquility, allowing guests to relax without excessive noise or disturbance. Some sites are specifically mentioned as "private sites away from everyone," catering to those seeking maximum seclusion.
- On-Site Management/Hosts: The reviews consistently highlight the "owners" or "hosts" as "understanding and fair," "good people," and a "very lovely young couple." This indicates that there are dedicated individuals on-site or readily available to assist guests, manage the park, and ensure a positive experience. Their helpfulness is a key service that sets this park apart.
- Assistance with Site Selection: Guests mention "nice sites to choose from" and that "owners very helpful" implies assistance in selecting the best site to suit individual needs, whether for privacy or proximity to certain features.
- Safety and Security: For guests, particularly those traveling alone, safety is paramount. The park is praised for its "safety and tranquility," providing peace of mind for residents. This suggests a secure environment, possibly with well-lit areas or other measures to ensure guest well-being.
- Damage Recovery Efforts: Post-storm, the owners were noted for "doing and working very hard damage after storm." While this refers to recovery efforts, it speaks volumes about their commitment to maintaining the park and ensuring it remains operational and pleasant for guests, even in challenging circumstances. This indicates a proactive approach to park maintenance and guest comfort.
Blue Ridge Travel Park distinguishes itself with several key features and highlights that consistently earn it high praise from its visitors. These attributes are what make it a truly appealing choice for North Carolina RV enthusiasts seeking quality and comfort:
- Exceptional Owners/Management: This is arguably the top highlight. Reviewers universally praise the "understanding and fair," "good people," and "very lovely young couple" who own and manage the park. Their helpfulness, dedication, and genuine care for their guests create a uniquely welcoming and supportive atmosphere. This personal touch is a significant differentiator.
- Unparalleled Peace and Quiet: The park is consistently described as "very quiet and peaceful here." For RVers seeking a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this is a major draw. It offers a genuine sense of serenity, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind.
- High Sense of Safety and Security: Especially for solo travelers, the "safety and tranquility of the park" are highly valued. The park provides peace of mind, making it a comfortable "home base" even for extended stays, knowing that personal safety is a priority.
- Variety of Site Options, Including Private Sites: Guests appreciate having "nice sites to choose from," with specific mention of "several private sites away from everyone." This caters to different preferences, whether you desire a more social experience or ultimate seclusion.
- Strong Guest Loyalty – "You're Hooked!": The powerful testimonial, "Stay once....your hooked," speaks volumes about the positive, lasting impression the park leaves on its visitors. This indicates a high level of guest satisfaction and a strong likelihood of repeat visits, a hallmark of a truly excellent RV park.
- Resilience and Dedication to Upkeep: The owners' diligent work in "doing and working very hard damage after storm" highlights their commitment to maintaining the park's quality and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests even after unforeseen events. This demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to their business.
- Ideal for Both Short and Long-Term Stays: The park's ability to serve as a "home base in Hendo for a few months" for one reviewer demonstrates its suitability for extended stays, not just transient visits. This flexibility is a key benefit for those undergoing transitions or seeking a seasonal residence.
While Blue Ridge Travel Park, as a local business, may not advertise large-scale, public "promotions" in the same way a chain might, its consistent commitment to fair pricing and exceptional value acts as an ongoing "special offer" for its guests. The core promotion here is the incredible value derived from the park's unique blend of peace, safety, and outstanding personal service from the owners. When considering a stay, especially for North Carolina residents, these elements translate into significant, tangible benefits:
- Fair and Understanding Management: Reviews repeatedly commend the owners for being "understanding and fair." This implies that pricing is reasonable and transparent, and any issues or unique needs are handled with empathy and fairness. This kind of customer service, while not a discount, can save guests stress and potential hidden costs, making it a form of value.
- Long-Term Stay Suitability: The park's proven track record of accommodating longer stays (e.g., three months) suggests that they offer competitive rates for extended visits, or at least a welcoming environment that makes longer stays feasible and comfortable. For those relocating or needing a temporary home base, this flexibility and hospitality are invaluable. It's an implicit "special offer" for sustained comfort and convenience.
- The "Stay Once, You're Hooked" Experience: The ultimate "promotion" is the park's ability to convert first-time visitors into loyal, repeat customers. This is driven by the overall positive experience – the quiet, the safety, the well-maintained sites, and especially the helpful owners. The promise of a consistently positive experience, as highlighted by loyal patrons, is perhaps the best offer any RV park can provide.

Customer Reviews
Owners are understanding and fair. Just good people. Very quiet and peaceful here. In this area no place better. Doing and working very hard damage after storm. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. Have several private sites away from everyone. Nice sites to choose from. Owners very helpful. Stay once....your hooked. 😊
I stayed here for three months during the transition from my move from Tennessee. The hosts are a very lovely young couple. I was very pleased with the safety and tranquility of the park. Being a female staying there alone most of the time, safety was my main concern. I was very thankful to have this place as my home base in Hendo for a few months.
We were in Hendersonville as Catastrophe insurance adjusters after Hurrican Helene hit the area. The RV park was very accomodating and was very good with communication. The park had been hit with wind so many trees were down but they had power and water so they helped us get in. All the good people of NC are in our prayers!
We were lucky to find this RV park. if you want the feeling of camping in the mountains with lots of trees and yet have full hookups, this is the place. the staff is very accomodating and helpful and strive to make your stay a great one. it is close to Hendersonville's shopping and resturants and only a short drive to Chimney Rock, lake Lure, etc. My wife & I will deffinetly return.
We enjoyed our stay. It was in the trees and pretty quiet. Great location. It looks like it was a great park, (70s, 80s) and possibly inactive for a period of time. Looks like a young man may be the new owner. No bathhouse and at the rates charge, doesn't make sense. My pedestal had exposed wires, but it worked. So did the water and sewer. Our concrete pad looked ancient. I believe upgrades such as a bathhouse, new pedestals, defined roads are necessary to charge the current rates. Great location, pretty quiet, and a friendly and helpful host makes us say, we would come back but hopefully, discover new upgrades.
