While Park Place RV Park may not boast luxury amenities, its highlights lie in its practicality, affordability, and the community it caters to. These features make it particularly appealing for specific types of RVers:
It's important to note that some reviews mention aspects like "tight" sites when full and some "run down" appearances, or that dogs may be off-leash. These points suggest the park might prioritize affordability and a more relaxed atmosphere over strict aesthetic uniformity or resort-style spacing. For those prioritizing budget and basic, functional amenities, these aspects might be less of a concern.
Park Place RV Park appears to operate with a straightforward and consistent pricing model, particularly focused on affordability for extended stays. The full-time people let their dogs run loose. It looks very run down. It's okay for an overnight stay. If the park is full the sites are tight. Don't think the owner cares about the state of his RV park
Feb 04, 2025 · Twila SchneiderThis Rv park has a lot of lots. The price is very reasonable. But when they are close to being filled up, there isn't very much space between rvs. Theres a bath house and laundry mat on site. We have a brand new rv and the water pressure isn't good at all. That's why most people take showers at the bath house. Rent is paid weekly ($210) even though it's 840$ a month. At first my husband and I were a little weary because you put the money or money order into a box each week. Also We haven't met the owner. We've been here for about 6 months with out any problems. I definatly recommend Park Place to anyone in a rv that's looking for short term or long term.
Feb 01, 2023 · Jenifer HorneThis is a pretty cool place to stay. Very close to restaurants and stores yet tucked in the woods enough To enjoy being outdoors. Laundry, bathrooms and showers are available at the park. You can also enjoy fishing at the catch and release pond. The owner is such a good guy.
Oct 14, 2019 · Shannon HeersI honestly tried to avoid this place due to reviews, but ended up in a situation where I had no choice. I have been pleasantly surprised. The facilities are a little older, but it's turned out to be a great place to stay. My only complaint is the water pressure. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's horrible...
May 28, 2022 · Jason HowardIt was the only place open with availability. A bit sketch but did the trick for 1 night stay. You can tell many people are permanent residents. No one works the office, but there is a guy who tries to enforce the honor system. We got a knock on our window at 7am threatening to call the police because he thought we were drifters. It ended up being okay, but do not plan on returning.
