We came to look at a lot and mobile home on Sunday and were very happy with the peace and cleanliness of the park. A few residents actually stopped to speak with us. The park manager also came to show us a different home after just a phone call.... Well, fast forward 8 months and we bought and have been living in that same home which we were touring, with the friendly manager's help, It's still peaceful and friendly and the manager is still awesome. We are happy. I must give it a 5 out of 5.
Nice place to live if you like every aspect of your life dictated daily by some senile old man(park manager) that makes up rules on a whim that end up costing you 1000s of dollars because he decided to change his mind after already being approved. So if being harassed is your thing this is the place for you.
The park is clean and closely watched.
I would rate this a five, but the investment group that owns the park are very greedy and do very little in the way of investing back into the park. The increase lot rent every year by $10, without any justification and do nothing for the park in return. I love living here, but cannot stand Cook Company. They are your typical big corporation, very, very greedy.
Went to an AA meeting here on Saturday called Knuckleheads Institute 101. Very enlightening, and I highly recommend it. Saturdays at 12:00 p.m.
