Slumlord. Ralph Strong the manager here has been taking advantage of the tenants here who are mostly disabled . He is rude and unprofessional and would not recommend anyone staying here. Neighbors are very nice tho.

The owner does try and keep up with maintenance. However he is a perv and said some vulgar comments to my 17 year old neice
Just moved from there,no names mentioned but they try selling you mobile home worth way more then their value most are junk
