Bluegrass RV Park About
For Alabamians seeking a no-frills, practical, and genuinely accommodating RV experience in the popular coastal city of Foley, Bluegrass RV Park offers a compelling option. This park emphasizes functionality and a friendly atmosphere, making it a reliable choice for those who value convenience and a good night's rest over extensive luxury amenities.
Alabama's Gulf Coast is a vibrant area, attracting visitors and residents alike with its beautiful beaches and diverse recreational opportunities. While many RV parks in the region might focus on resort-style features, Bluegrass RV Park carves out its niche by providing essential services and a welcoming environment, particularly for those looking for a comfortable base near local attractions and daily conveniences.
One of the most valuable insights into Bluegrass RV Park comes from a grateful guest who highlighted the park's exceptional customer service: "They have worked with us very well due to the fact that our truck is broke down they are trying really hard to accommodate and we really appreciate that. Thank you." This speaks volumes about the management's willingness to go the extra mile for their guests, a quality highly valued by RVers who can sometimes face unexpected challenges on the road. Such personal attention fosters a sense of trust and community often sought by travelers and long-term residents alike.
The park's amenities, though described as "old, but it works really well," are celebrated for their effectiveness. The excellent water pressure in the shower house is a small but significant detail that greatly enhances comfort for campers. The availability of 30-amp hookups with water and an on-property dump station ensures that essential RV needs are met, even if individual sites do not feature sewer connections.
However, it's also important for prospective guests to be aware of all facets of the park's rules. A review mentioning, "My grandkids could not have any outside toys or even play outside unless their mom or dad or myself was out with them," indicates that there are clear rules regarding children's outdoor play, likely for safety and to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. Families considering a stay should clarify these policies upon booking to ensure they align with their expectations for their children's activities.
Overall, Bluegrass RV Park positions itself as a reliable and accommodating option for RVers in Foley. Its commitment to guest support, functional amenities, and a convenient location near a golf course and a "really good Mexican restaurant" makes it an attractive choice for those seeking a straightforward and pleasant camping experience in coastal Alabama. For Alabamians who prioritize genuine hospitality and practical conveniences, Bluegrass RV Park offers a welcoming and efficient base for their adventures.

Customer Reviews
This RV park is awesome. It is right outside of a golf course just down the street within riding or walking distance is a really good Mexican restaurant. They have restrooms and a shower house. It’s old, but it works really well. The water pressure is excellent and they have worked with us very well due to the fact that our truck is broke down they are trying really hard to accommodate and we really appreciate that. Thank you. It is 30 amp with water, hook up, no sewer, but there is a dump station on property
My grandkids could not have any outside toys or even play outside unless their mom or dad or myself was out with them.
I visited a friend here, we met at the clubhouse at Bluegrass. Upon observing the park and talking with my friend I saw and heard from her what a great place this is to live. The park is very well kept and according to my friend the people that run it do great at keeping everyone safe. If I ever have to move from the lot we live on I will definitely see if Bluegrass has an available lot. Keep up the great work Bluegrass 🙂
I highly recommend Bluegrass RV to anyone in the Foley area. The location is close to the cute little town of Foley, an easy drive from I-10, and is close to Gulf Shore Beaches without the congestion of all the tourist traffic. The best part about the park is how quiet and clean it is. Every site was tidy and respectful of other sites. The owner Kim has always been pleasant in communication and always available if needed. My husband and I will most definitely be returning to Bluegrass if we are in the area again. Thank you Kim.
