I've been there many times over the years. It has come a long way inside and out. It's nice to be able to stop there when they are open.

Parents and inlaws both camp here with seasonals. First year. Looking forward to the upgrades they are planning like a beach and beach bar area. Cute small playground, big sites, owners are friendly and helpful. Right on atv route and 20 min from town. Great area, quiet. Wifi only at restaurant but gives kids some screen-free time!

Fishing is horrible. Spots for campers are not great. Was hard to drive in with larger campers. It can definitely use gravel around the road to fill in big holes before the black top starts braking off. Hot water was only in the showers up on top of the hill. It's hard to do reservations and don't even try to come if you don't have a reservation. Beach was ok, but a lot of people on the weekends.

Owner is quite rude, wouldn't allow me on property because I left a bad review on yelp. I rented a site and it was not cleaned, there was logs underneath the leaves that could have popped my tires. Apparently he was doing us a favor yet all the other sites were clean. Gave him one more chance, asked about availability for the 4th last year and Apparently it was booked solid. When I came to visit my family and a couple friends who have permanent sites, the campground area was open. Many people are leaving due to rent getting jacked up every year and the owner is on them about stupid things. Makes up random things that are not in the lease. This is my second review, I will update if the owner kicks me out just for voicing my opinion!

My bestie just bought a camper here and we went during the middle of the week to clean up the camper and site. Once we were done with that, we got the lake in the kayaks and man what a beautiful lake! Way bigger than it looks, it took almost two hours to go halfway around and back. If you're a water enthusiast, this is the place for you!
