One review did highlight the importance of understanding legal rights and obligations as a tenant, particularly concerning verbal agreements and what is signed. This suggests that while services are provided, residents should be proactive in understanding their lease terms and Wisconsin's Chapter 704 Legislature regarding tenant/landlord rights. However, the park's "older" nature also comes with considerations. May 09, 2025 · Melvin TimmJust incase you're unaware; Its VERY important that know your legal rights and obligations as a Tenant/Landlord. Please know what you're signing BEFORE you legally put your name on ANYTHING. Did you know that a verbal agreement grants you rights as a Tenant!? Do you know what those rights are?! I sure didn't. But thanks to the Internet; all of that (and so much more) was made clear with the Wisconsin Legislature Chapter 704. Just look it up. I promise you wont regret it. You're welcome in advance. Park is ok-ish. Lawn guy will mow your plants down. Mixed character's in all of Brillion. Small Town vibe with a Big City heart.
