I've Lived here for 4 years now. Jess is an amazing Manager. I fell on a hard time this last December when my mom fell ill. Had to use my income for gas money and ran short on rent. She did everything she could to help me get rental assistance to get back on track! I highly recommend going to Jessica Kasper the new Manager with any residential problems you have. She is a great asset to this community!
Feb 28, 2025 · RugratKnocked down the garage and left it all in my driveway when I started renting. Left screws, nails metal pieces and garbage EVERYWHERE in my driveway and lawn after it was “cleaned up” knowing that I had a dog and small children. Cleaned it up myself after calling and no one coming. On top of the bad start THEY STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ALMOST $1000.00!!!! They told me and other renters that I left the home IMMACULATE. I never damaged anything or gave them a reason to keep the deposit whatsoever. I Never heard from them again! Never sent me the deposit, a letter explaining the deposit, nothing.I have been calling them SINCE 11/2019!!!! They refuse to give me the corporate phone#, Not one of my calls has ever been returned; Mom never answers her cell phone, they’re never in the office per the assistants, I ask them for help but am just promised calls back but no one calls… ever. Same Mom and daughter in charge so they know what happened to my money and why I’m still calling them. Corporate sent my security deposit amount to them so they could in turn write a check to me but they kept the money instead. The company that owns Hilbert Acres should know that they are stealing money from them, I’m sure I’m not the first or last one they did this to. They should be fired, they are terrible at their jobs when they’re “working” and could care less about the tenants or their rentals. Should have reported them, probably could’ve saved a lot of other people from getting their money stolen as well! It’s never too late…
Feb 23, 2023 · Harper BlohowiakSo I visited this place because I was interested in looking at a mobile home. In my opinion a poorly designed park. Every single road in the park led to a dead end. Most parks I've seen the roads don't suddenly end. Most of the trailers are very very run down. I would not feel comfortably safe here. Just my opinion. I wanted to like it, but it had too many issues.
Aug 11, 2020 · 3 Big CatsVery rude and snotty. We drove out 3 times and the little girl who runs the place decided not to drive to work those days. Looks like a meth lab in every trailer...stay away
Apr 18, 2024 · Alan DekkerVery unprofessional & the manager takes forever to get a response from. Also they used a criminal charge from over 20 years . I have payed my dues for these charges. Also the park is very run down looking..
