Customer Reviews
Great RV park! The lots are very spacious and well kept. Largest spots in the area and it's a smaller RV park so not a lot of traffic. It's is also the most affordable. It within West Columbia but on the outskirts. Walmart and HEB are minutes away so it is a super convenient location. Lake Jackson is only about 15 minutes away. I was working in the nearby plants and my commute to work was short and traffic free. I highly recommend this RV park.
I called the number listed as this places contact number and was greeted extremely rudely. I'm not sure what the mans problem was but it was very unprofessional not to mention the fact that he has absolutely no people skills and would rather play the gossip game according to other reviews it is a wonder he even has a place to run that is so far in debt When you own a business and are honestly trying to make a living you don't speak to people as if you are above them and they should be greatful you even took the time to answer the phone. It's people like him that make businesses like that appear as a joke! If any of you were treated like i was, i apologize on his behalf and for the sake of the human race because the way he treated me made me feel very disrespected. The quality of service in the past was great compared to the more recent experiences I've had at this park. Services have drastically declined which it seems they'll continue to do in the future.
There's a game room there and all the riff Raff comes through there driving through the RV park. The electricity is extremely expensive. I think he's patting the bill but don't quote me on that. The place is dirty and has lots of roaches coming off the trees. They don't trim the trees. They don't spray. They hardly ever mow and I cleaned up the area and it took him 7 months to get rid of the brush pile don't even go there. I think they're crooks
I was referred here by a friend who recently moved here and was trying to bring some business to the rv park. She claimed the owner was a nice guy, however my encounter with him was just the opposite. Instead of considering all options, he took the word of an angry boyfriend of another resident who was angry that his girlfriend had stopped by to bring me the application I needed to fill out to reside here. This angry individual told the owner that I do not have a job, can't pay my rent, and would be depending on churches to pay my rent. Had I been given the opportunity to speak in my defense, I could have given the truth that I actually work on this very same property at the business the property is shared with. I make well over enough to cover my bills, and I'd go above and beyond to ensure my bills were paid on time. My issue is this, even if I did need some extra help for some reason or another and had to reach out to the church for help why would it matter to him if he were being paid? That's why there services are offered. At least I wouldn't be out committing crimes or just disregarding his payment all together. I didn't have an opportunity to tell this owner any of this before he rudely told me i cannot be here, threatened to call the police on me, and refused to give me a reason ,other than "because it's my property ànd I can refuse service to anyone" when i asked him if there were a reason why he was being this way with me. I figured it were a result of the abusive boyfriend of my friend who referred me here, and i got the confirmation shortly after speaking with the owner. So this person who contacted him out of anger, and jealousy, also caused him to lose money based on LIES. AND ITS SAD TO KNOW THIS IS WHAT THE WORLD HAS COME TO.
What can I say? Like Nathan said it's an RV park.
