It’s quiet, lawn care is 👎 I really love my home other than 3/4 appliances the home came with have already had to be replaced. Here’s some more issues I have — We asked for amenities and they added a fire pit out in a field as well two goal post right next to the train tracks. Know what they did do? raise the prices to become more comparable with other mobile home parks. Oh, I get it you see that they can force them to pay it so you’re gonna force us to pay it. Not worth it until they make some REAL changes and LISTEN to the residents. Don’t even allow a play structure in your own yard that you pay over 600 a month for. I feel really bad for the manager of the park because she gets the blunt end of it when she’s just the messenger. Maybe someday it will be the community we were wooed by when buying our home.

This place is an awesome place to live if you don’t want any amenities, no place for your guest to park, and they’ll bump your lot rent over $100 every year until you can’t afford it anymore. Just trying to run people out of their homes, it’s so sad.

We own the home; we lease the lot. Our home is beautiful, the community is well maintained, and management is very helpful and accommodating, but there are issues. 1 - lot rent increases significantly each year. Last year our lot rent went up $125 per month. 2 - water is ridiculously expensive. As an elderly couple our water bill approaches $100 per month, which doesn't include drinking or cooking (we use bottled water) or watering plants (we bring in well water). 3 - there is no tornado shelter. Before COVID, when Walmart was 24 hours, we could drive across the street to Walmart & shelter in their back offices. Now we just hope there isn't a tornado late at night. (And yes, a few years ago there was an event when multiple tornadoes were traveling up the I-69 corridor & the whole community fled for shelter in the pouring rain.) 4 - there is no overflow parking. If you have weekend guests they have no place to park. 5 - there is a "flooding" issue on our side of the Park, particularly in the Spring as snow melts. Our home is elevated so it doesn't come into the home, but the ground turns to sponge. There are other issues that management are gracious to work through. It is a clean, friendly community, but the expense and health and safety issues continue to be concerning.

Don’t waste your time or money. Management should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I love my home and I live there but the water was way too expensive and it was no amenities when you have children you need amenities to keep them busy and there was a big field by the train tracks and the manager was playing with the kids would go over there and play well what do you expect them to do that they played in the streets that was they said with the streets they weren't biting homes they were hurting anyone that was very expensive for not having any amenities I love my home and unfortunately I had to move because my husband left me and I couldn't afford it anymore but I wish I could have kept my home but things are way too expensive in there I think it's pretty unfair but what do I know
