In December 2023, we were searching for a new place to call home, and that’s when I came across Grand Ledge Ravines. From the moment I called, Donna went above and beyond to help us secure our new place, making the process seamless and stress-free. Her kindness and dedication really stood out, and it gave us such a positive impression of the community. Now, almost a year later, I can honestly say living here has been nothing short of wonderful. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and full of friendly, welcoming people. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home right away, and that feeling has stayed with us. We’ve truly enjoyed every moment of our time here. As we head into our second year, the experience continues to be fantastic. The new management company that recently took over has been just as attentive and supportive, ensuring the community remains a great place to live. Their efforts to maintain and improve the property have not gone unnoticed, and we’re confident this upcoming year will be just as great as the first. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to rent or buy, I can’t recommend Grand Ledge Ravines enough. It’s been such a joyful experience, and I’m excited for what’s to come as we continue to make this place our home.

It's a pretty nice place, been living here for about 12 years now and I gotta say, I'm not disappointed. The reason it's not 5 stars is because there is constant machines working outside (they are very loud) which makes it hard to focus on stuff, but overall it's pretty good.

I've been here 2 years now, when we moved here we were told they were going to open the pool next year. We'll it's January 2025 now and they haven't done a thing on starting the pool. It seems their spending all their money on putting new trailers and revamping the club house. I can understand that but our rent keeps going up and I see no pluses for me. We lost our trash dumpsters , replaced with trash containers that we have to pay for at an increased cost to us. My parking spot is literally falling apart. I've inquired repeatedly about getting it replaced and was told if it's not a tripping hazard they won't do anything about it. Last year we had a big wind storm go thru the park knocking down a lot of trees and damaging many trailers in the park. We have several large trees in mine and my neighbors back yard and were told the park was not responsible for there removal but we couldn't have them removed ourselves because they couldn't allow someone else to come on park property to remove them. I personally think they're trying to force people like me with a older trailer and on a fixed income to move out. If they continue to raise to rent , which I'm sure they will, I'll be forced to leave. Typical corporate greed in my opinion. I would not recommend moving here at all unless you want to here excuses when you have a complaint.

The leasing manager does not know what she is doing. She gives false hopes and promises. The homes that are coming in are low quality the toilet seat was broken upon move in and I was made to pay to have it fixed. Communication is not good at all. Wall strips fall off and break if they are even bumped lightly. Mantiance doesn’t come when needed. Would not recommend moving here at all. Was promised a 3 bedroom and was stuck in a 2 bedroom with my kids for a whole year to have them kick me out because of petty violations of things in my yard. If you move in prepare to move right back out of you do follow rules to a T and do what the property manager pulls out her butt for you to do with new rules she makes up. she can decide wether or not she wants to violate you or not and so you have to stay on her good side. Do not recommend at all.

It's really just the name that brings me here and with that said it's the donut. Let's face it. I people don't go to get dunkin donut middle of the day. Mostly they go at the morning. So why in the earth are they short staffing them at the morning is beyond me. Thankfully it's only one or twice in a month that I stop there, but they are always short staffed. Must be hard to get someone to work there at morning as I often see some workers there with their pajamas on....
