I have lived here for 2 weeks now and have loved every second of it. Leta and Don have been so friendly and helpful and are always a phone call away. The park is so well kept and so quiet. It is extremely welcoming from the moment you get in the driveway. I love that my kids can play outside and I don't have to be worried about anyone speeding through the park. I recommend this park to any and everyone. You will be welcomed with open arms.

My mom has lived in this campground for about 5 years the previous owners were very nice kind people but I have to say the new owner I've never met but the management on the other hand is a joke, the manager there doesn't like me because apparently on New Year's night we were shooting fireworks right at the beginning of the RV park off of the highway she rolled up and gave me an bad attitude not talking like a manager talking like someone who owns that property. There was never a letter submitted to all the residents in the RV park about fireworks and we have shot them out there before with no issues. They have some campers there for rent that are way too expensive for what they want they have fifth wheel travel trailers there that need work that they offer 1100 a month for and bumper pull campers starting out as low as 855. The management there tries to do shortcuts on maintenance routines. Such as using a washcloth and electrical tape to keep the water lines warm when it's going to be freezing outside and much much more I would not recommend moving here because management doesn't know about the camper life!

🪳🪳🪳 the excuse was that it’s Conroe and that it’s every year . ā€œThe cold makes them leaveā€ well I now have a brand new 2024RV that needed to be completely exterminated. Most people are left already but I’m sure more will be tricked
