New management and maintenance team is really cleaning this place up , It's really starting to feel much safer and better knowing that the community manager Jessica is addressing alot of concerns and she actually hears our complaints and suggestions. The maintenance team as well is here on a daily basis cleaning and fixing his name is Gary they work all hours of the day and are always available anytime. Finally work is getting done with vineyards.

Both keisha are amazing women they went above and beyond to help me with any concerns .Also they did call backs as promised .The whole process was very easy and fast .I am very greatful and thankful .If you guys are looming for a place to went this is defitnely where you want to be .

This mobile home park has done a huge turn around. They help each and everyone living here. It’s clean and safe, any issue they address right away.

I think management is doing amazing at getting the park much better than it was. And I like Lacey a lot, she is a wonderful but stern manager of the parks she runs. The reason for the 3 star is because of the company Vineyards. They are so money hungry It's crazy. I own my home and pay $476 a month for lot rent and nothing is included at all. No lawn care, no water nothing! I pay trash at $15 a month which is included in the lot rent but it's still expensive for lot rent especially when nothing is included. When I first got there my lot rent was $325 a month. In just one year it went to $476. Which is insane to me. And the kids out there are pretty bad. They like to damage whatever they can get their hands on. And the cats are out of control. But other than that Lacey is doing her absolute best.

This company is TRASH. All the trailers are dumps & filled with mold and roaches. The manager is a fraud and will keep your deposit after you move out! They go through managers every other month due to them stealing money from the company. My kids stayed sick the entire time we lived there. The company refuses to take care of the property, the clients, & any problems that may occur after you move in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! - Emily Denham
