Peaceful place. A great mobile home community. No one bothers you and your family is safe. Concrete driveways are definitely a plus. A all around great place to raise a family in a great school district.

definitely has pros and cons. Especially CONS. Very Nice park, pretty pricey imho. AND they pay more than $20/month just to dookie. Yup. AND water to send the dookie elsewhere is, of course, not included. Dookie goes to Alexandria, assisted/floated by the water from Buckeye, the company Who needs an alert app to handle all those surprise water boil advisories. my car was vandalized really, really bad here while parked at Lot 1, assisted by and under the auspices of the residents of Lot 2 and 3. I wouldn't want to live here. my 2021 Mustang would never survive. kind of pathetic.
