Off the beaten path, and VERY rundown. Most people there are long-term or live there permanently. The pads are concrete, but they are extremely narrow. If you have a big rig, it is extremely difficult to pull in and stay on the pad. I have a 45 foot 5th wheel, and my rig took the entire space. We had to park in the grass in front of our camper so our truck blocked our door. It's not a good setup.

I would give this place -100 stars. The manager is absolutely TERRIBLE. He must’ve been raised under a rock because he has no people skills at all. Very rude and if you ask him for help it’s an inconvenience for him. Larry, if you’re reading this, don’t run a place where you need customer service skills if you feel like everyone is an inconvenience to you. What got be in was the low rates. You guessed it, too good to be true. Next thing was he didn’t have you sign any type of lease for extended stay?? No papers whatsoever to sign. He would just leave a envelope on your door with whatever he wants you to pay. I get having to pay electric too but one month the utilities alone were almost $300!!!!? Excuse me, for an RV?! I don't think so.

Overall, a quality place to stay for the night, maybe even a decent place for an extended stay. The location is okay. As we were looking for a place to stop for the night along our route, something closer to the freeway would have been nice, but it wasn't too far out of the way either. I never saw any of the staff. Talked to someone on the phone who was nice enough, but found it strange that there is no office of any sort, as far as I could tell. Nor is there any instructions on paying. I put a check in their mailbox marked "drop box", hopefully that works. The spots are concrete pads, which is nice. Spots are nice and long, however pretty narrow. And I thought it was interesting that they're pretty unlevel. Also, the city water is in a spider web filled hole you have to reach down into, which isn't awesome. Again, not bad though for the price.
