This park is old but needs lots of work. I wish they could fix things up to make it nice. Many folks are older or on fixed incomes. The roads are littered with potholes making it difficult to maneuver and troublesome for emergency vehicles. Roads are NOT clearly marked and many houses are not marked with Lot numbers visibly. Many maintenance issues go unfixed such as our porch steps(we have 2 handicapped in our home), roof is covered with tarps to prevent leaks for over a year now. The mgt will work with you but if they don't like you then you get notes about doing things to clean up when the park does little to make improvements themselves. Overall the rent is amazingly affordable and our driveway and yardspace is large. No amenities like fitness room, laundry, pool, dog park, or shower rooms. No new RV parking or overnight visitors. Many newer mobile homes being moved in but NEVER hooked up. New owners promise to make things better. We will see.

When I first moved in back in'98 I loved it.but when they sold the place it went down hill from there.making promise's they can't keep. I think this place is just a write off. If they would fix all of these streets around here instead of patching them all the time they would save money in the long run. I guess we all are not worth it. They have to give Cheryl the o k before she can do anything. I guess it ain't happening! We're inprisoned by potholes. they need to rename this place POTHOLE PARK. It fits, right?😠
Overcharge for rent of lot and trailers. The trailers are old with some in disrepair. Manager has no respect for personal belongings and has been known to send workers through yards without notice without care for destruction of property. Frequent flooding and water mains freeze in cold. Roads are abysmal and can damage a vehicle. Plans have been made for improvement but don't hold your breath.
They rent older trailer and over charge for them. They also over charge for RV lots considering they have no amenities. The office is closed most times and the lady running it is rude and unpersonable.
