Location and Accessibility

Clover Meadow Manufactured Home Community is situated in Anniston, AL 36207, USA. While a more precise street address is 3940 Cloverdale Rd, Anniston, AL 36207, this specific location places the community within the larger Anniston/Oxford metro area. This area provides residents with access to a variety of services, shopping, and dining options.

The community's location is noted to be "on the border of Oxford/Anniston AL," which offers convenient access to amenities in both cities. It is also described as being "close to I-20," a major interstate highway that runs east-west through Alabama, connecting Anniston to Birmingham to the west and Atlanta, Georgia, to the east. This proximity to I-20 is a significant advantage for residents who commute for work, travel frequently, or wish to easily access larger metropolitan areas for entertainment and services.

Despite its proximity to major routes and urban conveniences, some reviews suggest that the area might feel "secluded." This balance of seclusion and accessibility can be appealing to individuals who prefer a quieter residential environment but still require easy access to essential services and employment opportunities. Residents should consider their own preferences regarding proximity to commercial areas versus a more residential, perhaps less developed, immediate neighborhood. The location makes it easy to get to jobs, shopping, and restaurants in the Oxford metro area, enhancing its practicality for everyday living.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars and leave a review... it's one of the most run-down places I have ever seen.... it's ridiculous... it's so secluded, and depressing... especially driving by all the decent homes just to pull up to the worst trailers the city have to offer....

This is a nice park. The property management is quick to respond if there is an issue. There's a lot of grass and it is very quiet, if you drive slowly on the entry road you might see a deer or two.
