John the manager is amazing. He helps whoever he can and very knowledgeable about camper ins and outs. I’m new to this life and couldn’t ask for a better 411 go to person. The park has cement slab for your table chairs, grills or whatever you want it for. You can put anything on your lot mostly as long as it looks decent. As of now fixing to go up to $500 with unlimited power, water, trash included with laundry facilities on site. You just keep noise to a minimum and clean up after your pet outside you should have no problems here. Most everyone I’ve met thus far seems really nice and helpful. Lots aren’t marked making it hard for door dash deliveries my only issue. No separate showers or bathroom.

So I decided to go check them out and the lady at the office said no pets and only reason I stopped to ask about this place was cause it says they allow pets. So to anyone wanting to know there are no pets allowed at the motel and I couldn't see any wifi available either. It is cheap ,but from what I saw I didn't see why they wouldn't allow pets cause of the condition of the place . I would understand if it was a nice place or they could of offered a pet deposite cause people like me in our situation most likely have pets and need a place to have them instead of dumping them off like I see other people doing and it breaks my heart to see that happen . So it's a little more expensive, but the red-carpet hotel allows pets and is nice for what you spend or atleast at the room me and my family are staying in.

Just a run down little community **** I would like to edit my original post because I don't feel like I was being completely fair when I gave that review. I had a somewhat less than favorable experience with an INDIVIDUAL that resides there, and I feel that attitude was displayed in that review. For that I apologize. In All fairness, I myself would have no problem living there. It is in fact well maintained and clean. But I think the best quality of that park is the Pride in ownership that just stands out there.

I personally have lived in alot of different pay by week settings. I've lived here three weeks and no pest problems. No one has tried to sell me drugs or bum money only one guy a few doors down wanting to save my soul. All in all a life saver for me in my current position.
