The worst place I have ever lived. Property manager leaves notices for lawn cuts a day after you mow. He has his crew do the worst job I have ever seen Charing 50$ and ruins the Siding of the trailer and promises to fix it. Doesn’t follow thru and then give you violation notices because of siding. I have been harassed here since I have moved in. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to live here and deal with the atrocities I have dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The landscapers don't know what their doing. They don't know the difference between crops and flowers VS weeds. They will they you to weed right after you just did then rip up your garden and cut your grass too low that it dies and have patches as you can see in my grass in one of the photos. In the first photo is where My tomatoes used to be surrounded by beautiful black mulch with almost blooming marigolds. Wost of it the tomatoes had freaking tomatoes on it.

I can't give this place any stars!!! Very bad stray cat problem and won't fix the issue. I have lived here 2 years. First year a very bad oder coming from under the house dead cat. Have a cat that just died under there this morning won't do nothing about it so this will be second time going under there to get a dead cat Not to mention the many dead kittens we had to deal with in the shed!!! Horrible!!! Not to mention if you need to get something fixed good luck!!!! Office staff will not help with your concerns!!!!!! Animal control hasn't helped!!!! Most animal shelters won't come in unless the office says it's okay!!! They fixed the uneven broken sidewalk but while doing so had to rip up big roots from the leaning into my house tree now the ripped up roots are sticking up out of the ground and weakened a tree that's leaning towards our house. Manager told me last year the tree company was suppose to come back and take some big limbs down but still waiting. I'm beyond frustrated!!!!!!!

Don't waster your money. The park is old and the infrastructure is falling apart. Most the homes are 30 plus years old and way over their prime. Rent is too high, and the management is awful at best. Look somewhere else before you lose $ on a money pit that will never be yours. Oh, one more thing. It's a great place to learn mandarin and spanish.

If I could turn back time to the day we decided to move here, I would. They sell you a trailer and then turn around and slap you with a violation to replace the skirting on a trailer they JUST sold you. There is a large population of feral cats (100+) living under all the trailers in the park, and the park refuses to acknowledge the problem or do anything about it. These cats have ripped out everyone’s insulation, destroyed the skirting on all of the houses, ruined many people’s property, and the entire park absolutely reeks of cat urine. Doug, how dare you demand every single house to replace their skirting EVERY YEAR. IF WE ALL HAD $5-10k to drop every spring, we DEFINITELY WOULDN’T BE LIVING IN YOUR CRAP “COMMUNITY”.
