We have been living here for 5 years and haven't had a major issues. One thing people need to realize and understand is that you are purchasing your home and with any purchase you are responsible for the repairs as well as upkeep to your home. The manager Elaine has been awesome to work with, she is always there to help when you need her it may take a day or so but people need to remember she is one person and is extremely busy but she will always make time. The maintenance does a great job as well with the upkeep of the community! They both work hard in overseeing that we have a safe and nice place to live. Communication is key!! I have the upmost respect for her and this place is lucky to have someone that cares about her community and the people in it. Awesome job for making this a great community.

Management says this is a great place with a great value compared to other neighborhoods. I'd hate to see the other neighborhoods they supposedly compare this too. Management should patrol this place after office hours. Noisy neighbors. Management never answers the phone to recieve complaints.
The office manager has always been helpful and nice when I have needed information she has always gotten it for me. I live in the area and other than my daughter having one incident with another tenant we have not had any problems.
Well the living here is mostly calm and quiet here but they rent to own and pick and choose when your a home owner, won't do anything to fix your home even if they have it on a list for 4yrs LOL. But as a renter, they have a say I what you do to your home. Rent, lot rent, water, sewage they get one bill for everyone but each has own meters and listed separately and office charges 15.00 fee to give you your bills. Oh and your a home owner when property tax comes, your a renter when you want to move mobile home.
