I would highly recommend not moving here. The owner is rude and will not fix anything after u have moved in and for the price he charges you can stay at a much nicer place then this. He also will not allow anyone but his favorite person to have a fence and you will be aloud one dog and u will be paying $100.00 ontop of everything thing else you will be paying for

Awful place to live! The landlord is slum and doesn’t take care of any issues that arise in HIS rentals. Over charges for junk trailers.
This place is very gross very nasty they do not upkeep on their yards and do not make any improvements to their roads their trailers are very ran down they have holes in the floors where you can fall through them and when you try to make a approvement to your yard they tell you you can't have it because it causes their property tax to go up
Small mobile community but they take care of the property better than other mobile parks
